The Environmental Manager is responsible for performing tasks associated with maintaining compliance with applicable environmental regulations, recognize safety concerns and at-risk behaviors while in the field, understanding industrial hygiene principles and practices, and assisting in the development and growth of the sustainability program.This position is focused in **Northern Ohio
Must be willing to travel across Ohio and potentially the Mid-West Region as neededResponsibilities: Environmental:
Help create, educate, and perform environmental inspections to include but not limited to:Industrial Storm Water and Storm Water Pollution and Prevention Plans (SWP3)Spill Prevention Countermeasures and Controls (SPCC) plan site inspections and AuditsState Emergency Response Commission (SERC) Reporting Inspections and AuditsResource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) Hazardous Material/Universal WastePermit compliance and evaluationsProvide guidance, direction, and coaching to the jobsites on environmental issues.Prepare and submit environmental compliance reportsAssist in training and education of the work force to improve the growth and development of the environmental program and our team membersPerform audits, analyzes and report environmental performance to internal and external clients and regulatory bodiesPerform and or provide guidance and direction for field laboratory analysis, emissions testing, and field observationsAbility to work non-standard hours and weekends as well as travel when necessaryParticipate or attend environmental conferences or seminars to continue individual education* Safety:*

Assist in developing and implementing sustainability plans and initiatives for the various companies.Serve as internal leader on emerging trends, frameworks, industry benchmarks, and issues in the construction industry.* Industrial Hygiene:*
Be Knowledgeable in industrial hygiene practices and procedures.Understand when environmental impacts require additional safety and industrial hygiene practices.Provide jobsite support for analytic analysis and understanding of environmental and industrial hygiene needs and practices.Qualifications:
5-7 years' experience
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Management or Engineering strongly
