　　Evaluate the current environmental status of the land transportation facilities in the kingdom and propose solution/action plan for improvement as per the international standard.

　　Prepare a detailed operational plan to enforce the implementation of environmental best practice and international standard

　　Evaluate the commitment level of the land transportation facilities with environmental international standard and requirement
