　　DESCRIPTION OF WORKAs an Environmental Education Intern, you will gain experience in working with ages 4 to adult in the center's education and recreational programming. You will engage with the visiting public to provide customer service to ensure a memorable visit.  Additionally, you will also assist in planning and instructing summer day cam programs, care for butterflies in the butterfly house, and work with environmental education staff with recreational, interpretive, historical, and environmental programs.

　　QUALIFICATIONSInternship Requirements:Current full-time enrollment in a two-year degree, bachelor's degree or advanced degree program in one of the following majors:Environmental EducationEducationEnvironmental StudiesAn approved major course which includes a qualifying 24 credit hours of study in the physical, biological and environmental sciences may be acceptable.Freshman year completed.Good academic standing (2.0 GPA or higher)Pennsylvania residency or enrollment at a Pennsylvania college or university

　　Additional Requirements:This position requires possession of a valid Class C non-commercial driver's license.
