Description:
The Title Specialist/ Office Clerk will be servicing the titles of vehicles that come in for an auction, along with the vehicles that are being auctioned out.
What this location does in Belleville, MI is; provide service for the company that purchases vehicles from insurance companies that have been totaled. They have the vehicles brought in, where they then will auction and sell them to buyers they have all over the world.
The buyers on the phone they are dealing with could be anywhere in the world, and sometimes will have a language barrier. They will have to use data entry skills and customer service skills while talking with the customers over the phone.
They sellers they could be speaking with are the agents of insurance companies that are looking to sell vehicles to their location.
There will be accurate data entry involved, along with the handling of payments that are brought into the facility. It is important they payments are entered and tracked accurately to keep an accurate track of the money. This is a fast paced position, and the role will require constant multi tasking.
