We are currently seeking an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative for our client based in North County, San Diego. This role offers a great opportunity for those looking to embark on a career in customer service, providing support to customers and ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed in a timely, satisfactory manner.

Responsibilities:

Communicating with customers over the phone, via email, or in person to answer queries.

Processing orders and transactions accurately and efficiently.

Resolving customer complaints or concerns professionally and seek resolution from appropriate personnel.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Excellent communication and listening skills.

Ability to work well under pressure.

Proficient in basic computer software.
