　　Responsibilities

　　Based out of our Clairmont, AB facility the Entry Level Rod Pump Technician will follow a designated learning plan, which includes computer-based modules and classroom training. During this period, tasks may be assigned by the Supervisor, and the technician will receive close supervision with a thorough review of all work to ensure the application of sound professional judgment.

　　Primary responsibilities include:

　　Assembling and disassembling rental equipment (under supervision)

　　Following work instructions to assemble liner systems (under supervision)

　　Assisting senior workshop personnel in preparing and testing Thru-Tubing equipment

　　Applying standard techniques, procedures, and criteria to perform tasks in strict accordance with Weatherford OEPS standards.

　　Qualifications

　　Required:

　　Proficient in mechanical skills

　　Openness to acquiring new knowledge and skills

　　Collaborative team player with the capability to follow instructions

　　Preferred, but not required:

　　Previous experience in the oil field

　　Familiarity with Artificial Lift/ Rod Pump operations
