Details:An Entry Level .NET Software Developer job working remotely from anywhere in the U.S. is currently available at Belcan. In this job, you will support the software development of full stack .NET applications. There may be opportunities for other language use as well, such as JavaScript and HTML. You will be working in an Agile development environment. This position is fully remote, travel to an office will not be required or will be very infrequent. Strong candidates will show an elevated level of motivation to support project development, implementation, and innovation.Job Duties:You will support the Development Team in the following:* Build, deploy, debug, and test .NET application in a local environment using Visual Studio or similar IDE.* Contributing to an Agile Software Development environment, as a member of the development team* Working on assigned development tasks and tracking progress using Jira.* Usage of Git (GitLab) to manage development tasks and version control.* Creating/Maintaining Continuous Integration/Delivery (CI/CD) pipelinesRequired Qualifications:* Bachelor"s degree in computer science, and 0 to 5 years of relevant experience.* Experience in programming within a .NET Core application development environment, using Visual Studio integrated development environment (IDE), or similar development tools.* Experience with the .NET Core* Ability to analyze and debug software issues found during test and production deployments of web service.* Self-motivation, adaptability to an agile work environment, and highly organized engineers thrive on this team, and if you are, you will earn responsibility, ownership, and enjoy job satisfaction.* US Citizenship onlyPreferred Qualifications & Skills:* Experience using C# programming language to build and deploy full stack applications.* A working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, C#, .NET Core, MAUI, Xamarin and SQL is strongly desired.* Experience with web development and software configuration management platforms.* Knowledge of Atlassian Tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).* Communications skills, including verbal, virtual, presentation, and written are critical to your success in this role, as well as the ability to generate status and metrics.*We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position is offering a salary range of $55,000 to $70,000.
