　　What you will do:

　　Change cycloneChange defective hosesChange sump discharge to bins or bypassClean wash boxes at Flotation PlantClear overloaded beltsWhatKeep areas beneath belt cleanKeep belt pulley area cleanEnsure bins are dumped in timely manner

　　Plant operation (Z Train, Steam Boiler and MAP) within the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations

　　Spot, inspect, load, and unload railcars and trucksComplete required paperwork to release railcars and trucks from the plant within the EPA, Federal Railroad Administration (FRA), and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulationOperate track mobile to move cars and sample productsPerform startup, normal operation, shutdown, and emergency situations within the DepartmentInspection and clean up of various equipmentPrepare equipment for maintenance, perform troubleshooting, and take appropriate action to correct errorsOperate Payloader, Manlift, and other mobile equipment as necessary to perform all tasks of position

　　Load Sulfuric Acid trucksUnload sulfurSteam up sulfur carsMonitor Sulfur padStrike steam trapsOperate signs, derailers, chokesOperator sulfur transfer pumpsHousekeeping on sulfur padPop sulfur topsClean strainers on steam trapsFill out inspectionsMany other tasks as defined in the FJAFollow established operating procedures and guidelineWhat you will bring:

　　High school diploma or equivalentOne year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferredExpertise in operating the area equipment within the standard operating conditions and ability to troubleshoot equipment problemsAbility to work independently while coordinating work with the shift scheduleThe Florida Ready to Work or equivalent is requested for all hourly applicants of Nutrien.
