Hiring 2nd shift Entry Level CNC Machinist - weekly pay, start ASAP

　　Pay: $18/hr- $21/hr - paid weekly

　　Shift: 3:30pm-2am M-Th, 3:30pm-10pm Fridays

　　Location: Phoenix - I-17N & Peoria

　　Description:

　　Study blueprints and specifications to determine dimensions and tolerances of the finished work pieces.

　　Calculate and set controls to regulate machining factors such as coolant flow, and depth of cut.

　　Enter commands to retrieve, input, and edit computerized machine control parameters.

　　Machine and mount fixturing for all production runs and set machine positioning for part production.

　　Ability to assemble measure and load tooling for subsequent operations into the tool-changers.

　　Start and observe machine operation to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining, and adjust machine controls or control parameters as required.

　　Uses micrometers, calipers, depth gauges and other precision measuring devices to confirm part geometry meets tolerance specifications.

　　Confers with production operators, programmers, or others to resolve machining problems.

　　Assemble and preset tooling for next operation during automated cycle to reduce machine downtime.

　　Ability to maintain, clean and lubricate machines as required

　　Skills:

　　Cnc, Cnc mill, Calipers, Micrometre, Mill, Blueprint

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　Understanding of basic CNC operations

　　CNC mill experience is a plus

　　know how to use precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
