　　The SCM Data Manager is to lead a team that facilitates commodity management quarterly negotiation process by preparing forecast data to the commodity managers, tracking the negotiation results and generating reports. The role includes but not limited to conducting required data analysis, providing insights and driving productivity to improve cost savings. This is a profile holding role that is responsible for the metrics achievement of the team and overall process improvement.

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Generating forecast and related negotiation data from the system

　　Setting up negotiation databases

　　Creating and maintaining negotiation projects in QuoteApp

　　Tracking negotiation status and publishing results

　　Conduct performance reviews to achieve metrics

　　Providing continuous improvements through data insights

　　Knowledge/Skills/Competencies

　　General knowledge of manufacturing, procurement and electronics

　　Excellent analytical, negotiation and problem solving skills

　　Good time management, be able to deliver according to schedule
