Description:

　　Read and understand inspection requirements including visual requirements, dimensional requirements.

　　Use a microscope and other inspection equipment (ex. drop gauge, linear gauge, calipers, measuring microscope)

　　Use Microsoft Office Products (ex. Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

　　Experience with microelectronics, either component or assembly experience

　　Ability to work independently on projects with minimal oversite

　　Gather and submit parts for rework credit

　　Review rejected material and provide feedback to operators on over-rejection / reworkable parts

　　Perform electrical testing and general troubleshooting

　　Help the team by implementing long term yield improvement projects

　　Skills:

　　test equipment, excel, inspection, cmm, automated testing

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　A.S. or GED with 2-4 years of technician experience

　　Ability to read and understand engineering drawings (GD&T)

　　Skilled at performing rework activities under a microscope

　　Experience with electrical testing (flying probe or bed of nails), a plus

　　Experience with assembly rework, a plus

　　Experience with running or programming more advanced metrology/testing equipment is desirable (CMM, optical comparators, scanning acoustic microscopy, hermeticity testing), a plus

　　Prior experience in a cleanroom environment, a plus
