Apple Services is an exciting environment and a dynamic development organization. With customers in around the world, we are a fast-growing marketplace for music, movies, TV shows, books, podcasts, and, of course, apps. We're looking for people who can partner with our stakeholder and engineering teams to ship complex, customer-facing music recommendations systems (e.g., dynamically personalised Listen Now in Apple Music) under demanding timelines. Bonus points for new product introductions. This is not a task-based job; you will be responsible for successful outcomes and delivery. Strong fundamentals are a requirement but you have more. Key Qualifications
Technical program management in big data systems, customer growth, or software development
Knowledge of key technologies and systems involved in big data and lambda architecture.
Understanding of both waterfall and agile project management methodologies
Ability to partner with multiple product and business stakeholders to prioritise and align on roadmap
Strong facilitation skills to drive complex, cross functional, and comprehensive projects
Exceptional verbal and written communication, including presentation skills to all levels of an organisation
Experience with establishing processes and/or team culture
Passionate about protecting privacy while delivery key product insights
Experience in music industry a plus
5+ years work experience
Description
-- Lead all aspects of multiple concurrent projects and features including prioritisation, scope, requirements, resource allocation, and timelines -- Partner with stakeholders to create functional, and technical requirements -- Collaborate with Play Services Engineering, Design, Product, Client Engineering, QA, Legal, Finance, Privacy, Marketing, Growth Marketing, Growth Operations, client messaging, and other organizations both inside and outside of Apple to support personalization features in Apple Music -- Help establish processes to improve how our products are built and executed
Education & Experience
Computer Science or Engineering majors preferred

Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $132,300.00 and $241,500.00, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
