　　As a professional in your role, your responsibilities and essential job functions will include but are not limited to:

　　Perform routine maintenance tasks in hotel rooms, common areas, and facilities.

　　Respond to guest requests for repairs, maintenance, and other engineering services.

　　Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other mechanical systems.

　　Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure the efficient operation of equipment and systems.

　　Assist with the installation of new equipment and systems.

　　Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies.

　　Follow safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance and repair tasks.

　　Coordinate with other departments and contractors for larger repair and maintenance projects.

　　Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.

　　High school diploma or equivalent.

　　Ideally, you should possess some or all the following qualifications and experience:

　　Previous experience in a similar role preferred.

　　Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other mechanical systems.

　　Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.

　　Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

　　Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.

　　Good communication and customer service skills.

　　Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.

　　Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations.

　　Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
