About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Engineer III, Field Service to join our dynamic team in London. Key Responsibilities

Provide expert-level technical support and service for Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. equipment.

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex issues to ensure flawless operation of our products.

Conduct regular maintenance and calibration to maintain the highest standards of performance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement solutions and improvements.

Document all service activities strictly and accurately, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements

Must reside in London (inside M25) and be eligible to work in the UK.

Minimum of 5 years of proven field experience in a similar role.

Strong technical expertise and analytical skills to determine and resolve issues effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with customers and team members.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
