　　Realizes development, implementation and optimization of production technology for production of new and existing Schaeffler products.Develop, validate and implement production technologies.Improve production technologies in terms of quality, cost and robustness.Initiate and coordinate development of production machines and tools.Validate machines and tools.*Your Qualifications*

　　Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from four-year college or universityStrong analytical skills, being able to identify trends and opportunitiesExperience working within a manufacturing/production environmentDemonstrates a sense of urgency in meeting customer expectations and delivering results.Statistical knowledge in basic SPC, training in SPC, and engineering experimentsStrong organizational, motivation, and communication skills.*Our Offering*
