　　DUTIES: Core responsibilities:Understand how Lewis Bolt products are usedUnderstand all of Lewis Bolt's operational systems, includingproduction, quality/engineering, machine shop, maintenance, andshipping.Manage and improve upon various Lewis Bolt operating systemsDesign and make modifications to Lewis Bolt productsUnderstand and apply railroad & industry standardso participate in railroad & industry technical committeesInteract with customers, Lewis Bolt sales team and internal operationalteamsExample projects:Develop and implement a modification to an already-existing qualitysystem in productionWork with a customer to better understand in-the-field product issuesand work collaboratively with plant personnel, the customer and LewisBolt sales team to come up with solutionsMake a design modification to a product based on customer feedbackUnderstand how a new product relates to existing railroad standards

　　PAY: Salary, Bonus and Benefits: $75,000 to $110,000 withexcellent benefitpackage and bonus program.

　　PAID: Every two weeks
