This position offers flexibility for ahybrid work arrangement (remote/on-site) with time spent in theMilwaukee office. This is a job family (AssociateEngineer/Engineer/Senior Engineer) posting where the experience of theselected candidate will determine the level offered. Job Summary ThisEngineer supports the gas regulated survey and inspection program at WeEnergies which includes scheduling, distribution, and monitoring ofcompliance activities. In addition, this role will evaluate survey bestpractices, determine cost-effective methods to meet inspectionrequirements, administer labor contracts, and help manage the overallprogram budget. Job Responsibilities Develop work plans and budgets forinspection and maintenance programs. Initiate and distribute gas surveysand inspections to field operations and contractors. Provide trainingand technical support to company and contractor staff. Perform projectoversight monitoring within compliance and asset management systems.Support survey and maintenance contracts and interface with Supply Chainpersonnel to establish contract agreements. Participate in stateregulatory agency audits and develop corrective action plans. Contributeto corporate gas standardization projects and initiatives. MinimumQualifications Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering PreferredQualifications Knowledge of gas regulatory codes, standards, andmaterials. Knowledge of natural gas construction and field operationpractices. Strong communication and organizational skills to presentinformation to a broad audience. Demonstrated experience in projectmanagement, planning, and technical writing.
