DescriptionPOSITION SUMMARY:We are seeking an experienced Endpoint Management Engineer for the Global Corporate Services (GCS) infrastructure team overseeing our work with SCCM, Intune, Defender and JAMF across the Milliman Enterprise.You will be responsible for daily management and support of our current endpoint management system made up of SCCM, Intune and JAMF. A primary function of the role will be to lead the workplace in migrating from the existing SCCM environment across multiple domains to a single Unified Endpoint Management Program. As part of developing and managing a corporate wide this migration, you will be responsible for performing research, conducting assessments, recommending solutions, and implementing enhancements to the corporate endpoint systems and endpoint infrastructure environments.This position reports directly to the Manager, Infrastructure Engineering.PLEASE NOTE: We are seeking candidates who can work in Pacific Time Zone (PST)RESPONSIBILITIES:Lead the end-to-end execution of a large-scale Windows/Apple management system, including configuration, engineering, imaging, and policy support for 5,000+ devices.Provide application/Windows Server OS installation/configuration/ patching data reporting (application install status, client health) leveraging Microsoft System Center Configuration ManagerBuild, test, and deploy desktop and laptop image profiles, and continually evaluate and advance deployment methodologies to maximize efficiency.Act as the senior point of escalation, technical advisor, and mentor for other systems engineering team members supporting end point management across the firm.Create and support the roadmap for team projects focused on rolling out new endpoint solutions and enhancing our endpoint management infrastructure.Administer and maintain SCCM/Intune systems, policies, and images.Lead and drive definition, implementation and enforcement of systems administration operational processes, procedures, policies and associated documentationManaging the Windows client and Server images, application packaging and scripting, and related project workManage the deployment of software updates and security patch packages in accordance with the company patching standards.Handle escalations and providing updates and resolution for service outage and complex operations.Provide Root Cause Analysis for critical issues and participate in internal and client calls and ensure appropriate communication and collaboration as necessary.Ensure all important and necessary documentation is in place and enable team members to create relevant infrastructure documents and validate & maintain them.Have regular interaction with the team as necessary helping the team to build their technical capabilities and in turn improve the overall service delivery and satisfaction of internal clients.Work directly with vendor's support for problem resolution and root cause analysis when needed.Configure applications, perform upgrades, and implement security measures, including anti-virus solutions such as MS DefenderManage and executes IT service enhancements and projects as assigned.Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.Maintain and produce systems documentation in support of operations.Contribute to shift left support initiatives, automation and other digital self-help assets to improve customer and engineer experience.Manage and facilitate the company's Endpoint Management Group and weekly call.SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), or related fieldThe ideal candidate must have minimum 7 years' experience administrating both an SCCM/MECM environment, as it relates to O/S and software deployment, policies, and patching.The ideal candidate must have minimum 5 years' experience in
