Description

　　Primary Responsibilities:

　　Implements, administers, and configures Windows OS, VDI, SCCM, Microsoft 365, Intune, and/or Printing.

　　Identifies support patterns for all endpoint support tasks.

　　Leverages automation to supplant tedious administration tasks.

　　Provides tier three support across the enterprise for issues related to endpoint technology and applications.

　　Ensures all client requests and operational problems are updated/resolved within a timely manner.

　　Creates, reviews, and updates troubleshooting and knowledge base information for both end users and lower Tier support.

　　Knowledge and Requirements:

　　5-7 years of Endpoint Support experience.

　　4 years of Microsoft 365/Azure Cloud Management, SCCM, or Virtual Desktop Administration experience.

　　MS certifications (Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, Security Administrator, Enterprise Administrator, Security Administrator, Azure Administrator), or other Entra/Azure VDI/Citrix/SCCM relevant technical certifications desired. Candidates must be capable of obtaining such certifications at the request of management.

　　Strong experience with Microsoft Windows, Office, Exchange/Outlook, client/server application support, Microsoft Active Directory, LAN/WAN, and mainframe systems.

　　Proven experience in process automation, scripting, and system integration and strong experience in device and software management toolsets.

　　Highly skilled in analyzing, identifying, and documenting new technical solutions.

　　Strong experience in leading projects, including proficiency in identifying tasks, roadmaps, and schedules.

　　Effective at mentoring and cross-training in the individual area of expertise.

　　Advanced knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology and/or certification required.

　　Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and business partners.

　　Ability to effectively train end users and lower support tiers.

　　Ability to identify and learn new technology and skills without explicit guidance.

　　Possesses a solution driven mindset.
