　　This position’s core responsibilities include scope cleaning, ordering supplies, and maintaining inventory. In this role the CNA will assist with setting up rooms for procedures and will provide patient care.

　　The opportunity:

　　To provide exceptional patient care under the supervision of an RN in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice and with the policies, values, and mission of the organization.

　　The Work:

　　Performs basic patient care activities within the scope of practice.

　　Assists patients with meeting their emotional, physical and spiritual needs. Works closely with Doctors and RN’s in procedure rooms.Greets patients and visitors.Reports abnormal findings or changes in physical, mental and emotional conditions to nursing staff. Assists with keeping unit and procedure rooms stocked, clean, neat and orderly.Assisting with admission and discharge process of patients.

　　A valid State of Maine CNA certificate

　　Excellent interpersonal, written/verbal communication, and technical support skills
