  Responsibilities

  Supervise daily patient transportation activities and resources.

  Delegate and assign work commensurate with knowledge, skills, and experience, and assure the work is performed appropriately. Assist with the interviewing, hiring, orientation, and evaluation of the support staff.

  Monitor workflow and work volume continuously and adjust worker's job tasks as necessary to ensure daily work completion.

  Identify and implement systems to streamline and gain efficiencies in work processes. Organize and coordinate projects and events.

  Serve as an educational resource for support staff.

  Requirements

  Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.Education:

  High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.Additional Preferences

  Prefer EMT or Paramedic License and at least 2 years of experience in that profession.
