Description We are in search of a dedicated Employment Recruiter to join our team located in Toms River, New Jersey. The selected candidate will be instrumental in managing the recruitment process for our firm, with responsibilities ranging from sourcing potential candidates to coordinating hiring events. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity, fostering long-term professional growth.

Responsibilities:

• Source potential candidates through various platforms, including LinkedIn, Indeed, and Avature

• Screen applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements

• Schedule interviews and coordinate hiring events for potential candidates

• Conduct reconciliations with the site's headcount and update pipeline reports

• Partner with sourcers and present qualified candidates to hiring leaders

• Keep meticulous records of KPI reporting to ensure goals are met

• Utilize Microsoft Office Suites for administrative tasks and report generation

• Manage staffing dashboards and contribute to the development of hiring processes

• Use Workday and PeopleSoft for various HR and recruitment functions

• Responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer credit applications and records. Requirements • Proficiency in Hiring Processes

• Strong understanding of Staffing

• Familiarity with Conductivity

• Skilled in KPI Reporting

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites

• Experience in Talent Acquisition

• Knowledge of PeopleSoft

• Strong ability to Screen Candidates

• Experience conducting Phone Screens

• Familiarity with Headcount management

• Ability to Source Candidates

• Proficiency in using Avature.
