About Employer Wellness Assistant

Job Summary: Responsible for working at health screenings, health fairs and other health promotion events held at employer sites. Contributes to product development under the supervision of the Employer Services team based on skill level and certifications. Assists Employer Services team with programming execution. Maintains an optimistic and professional image and exhibits excellent customer relations to participants, employer site leadership and coworkers. Has access to confidential information and practices the utmost discretion and integrity in the handling of this information

Qualifications: Associates degree in a health-related field or active enrollment in an accredited program required. Bachelor’s degree in health-related field preferred. Two years of wellness experience preferred. Ability to work flexible hours to include early mornings, evenings and weekends. Strong planning, leadership, communication and organizational skills. Personal training certification or group fitness experience is a plus. Meets general hospital and departmental competency requirements.
