The Employee Engagement Coordinator will focus on positive employee experiences for employee engagement and improve connection to our patients.  The Employee Engagement Coordinator will also be a support to the CBO and Human Resources in recruiting of employees, onboarding and partnering with leadership to help provide an exceptional employee and candidate experience.  The CBO Employee Engagement Coordinator focus will include, but is not limited to: employee engagement, recruitment and onboarding.  

  Responsibilities

  Establish connections with current employees to be able to measure employee engagement.Partner with leadership to increase employee engagement.Coordinate follow up meetings and routine check-ins with all new employees.Ensure positive candidate experience and new hire experience through onboarding best practices.Responsible for partnering with HR and the hiring manager to prepare for candidates first day and their orientation.Assist CBO Hiring Managers and recruitment team with greeting candidate and facilitate interview scheduling.Track CBO openings and then communicate to the recruiter.Promotes an environment that connects with the mission and values of the organizationOrganize and execute employee events.Responsible for being the face of the department.Actively participates in employment events and career fairsOther duties as assigned

  Qualifications

  Excellent Communication skillsAbility to prioritize and complete projects within deadlineFamiliarity with social media, including LinkedIn and FacebookOutstanding customer service skillsAbility to generate results through influence in a matrix environment with multiple and diverse stakeholdersUnderstanding of selection methods and techniquesWillingness to understand the duties and competencies of different rolesSense of urgency and strong prioritization skillsAbility to work in a fast paced environmentAbility to learn how to use an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and job boardsMust present professionally and positivityActive listening and reading comprehensionSound judgment and decision makingComplex problem solving and mathematical reasoningSocial perceptivenessOral expression and comprehensionVisual acuity (near and distant) sufficient to maintain accurate records, recognize people, and understand written directionSpeech recognition and auditory attention
