Job Summary:
The EAP Administrative Assistant will be responsible for communicating with EAP Committee members, facilitating and promoting events/activities both in-person and virtual as well as providing materials for such events. Track statistics and attendance of programs, events and EAP utilization of client contact. Create and manage email distribution lists. Other duties include managing website and updating Outlook calendar, creating Zoom links and virtual meetings, arranging and maintaining standing committee and sub-committee meetings, answering phones, returning messages, scheduling and re-scheduling appointments, sending reminder notifications of appointments. Take minutes and prepare EAP Committee meeting agendas. Prepare and organize Power Point presentations. Order promotional materials and office supplies and submit requisition orders and follow-up. Implement surveys. Create and manage resource materials for employees. Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Associates degree and 2 years relevant administrative experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience required. Must have sensitivity to, and high regard for, employee confidentiality. Excellent written/verbal communication, computer, and organizational skills required. Ability to multitask and prioritize job responsibilities in a timely and professional manner.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working within an Employee Assistance Program. Experience working with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point presentations.
Work Days:
M-F 8:00 am - 4:30 pm with flex time to cover
