The Sonepar Training for Emerging Professionals Programis a dynamic, intensive program designed to educate, train, and developskills in emerging talent to invigorate our workforce and support yoursuccess in establishing your career! You will get hands-on experience inevery aspect of our business through on-the-job, e-learning, subjectmatter expert training, and residency trips. This 9-month rotationalprogram includes exposure to the site and corporate operations, salesstrategies, processes, procurement, project management, E-Commerce, andthe Sonepar USA and our Operating Companies\' business philosophy. Atthe conclusion of this dynamic program, you will have the uniqueopportunity to present to our Executive Leadership team on key strategicorganizational initiatives. This program will begin in June 2024. Thecore rotations of this program are: Warehouse/Logistics InsideSales/Counter/Storeroom Projects & Quotations Sales/DigitalSolutions/Marketing In addition to your rotations, you will alsoexperience: Team-building activities with fellow trainees All-expensepaid travel to different company locations in fun places Enhancedunderstanding of our business through specialized training What you willbring: A Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree is requiredPossess a desire for a career in Sales, Marketing, Logistics, orOperations Outstanding verbal and written communication and skillsStrong analytical and interpersonal skills Ability to multi-task, beflexible, and adapt to change The ideal candidate is located nearOceanside, CA or Fullerton, CA Physical Requirements and WorkEnvironment: Occasional lifting and pulling objects weighing up to 50lbs.
