Old Redford Academy is hiring a *Elementary Teachers *for 2nd and 4th grade. Must have a Michigan Teacher Certification with ZG endorsement.

　　We are looking to hire a dedicated elementary school teachers to educate our school's students. The elementary school teacher will seek to accomplish the school district's philosophy of education through instruction and example and provide lessons that meet students' requirements, interests and capabilities.

　　*Responsibilities: *

　　Developing lesson plans and curricula based on the needs of individual students and classes.

　　Grading tests, assignments, exams, and other assessments, and communicating with parents, students, teachers, and counselors regarding underperformance and other concerns.

　　Assessing student needs and providing support or extra resources to struggling students as well as exceptional achievers.

　　Create a classroom environment that is conducive to learning and appropriate to the maturity and interests of the students.

　　Ensuring all curriculum, school, and state requirements are met.

　　Requirements:

　　Bachelor's degree in teaching or relevant field.

　　Michigan Teaching Certification with endorsement. 

　　In-depth knowledge of teaching methods and legal educational procedures.

　　Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

　　Well-organized with excellent leadership abilities.

　　Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills.
