Description

　　SAIC is seeking a candidate who loves to travel either CONUS or OCONUS to perform duties as an Electronics Technician in support of either the Mine-Resistant Ambush protected (MRAP), MRAP All- Terrain Vehicle (M-ATV), or the Joint Light Tactical Vehicle (JLTV).

　　Responsibilities include:

　　Installing, maintaining, and upgrading all Command, Control, Communications, Computers (C4) Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) systems and equipment on all tactical vehicles in the area assigned.

　　Performing routine maintenance checks and tasks under using standard procedures.

　　May perform alternate equipment custodian duties as well as receiving Mission Support Equipment (MSE) shipments, conducting inventory, operational checks as well as tagging, packaging, storing and onward shipment of MSE.

　　Qualifications

　　Required Education:

　　High School diploma or GED.Required qualifications:

　　Experienced in electronics repair, maintenance and checkout.

　　Must be available to travel up to 75% of the time.

　　Desired Skills:

　　Prior military experience with the assembly, troubleshooting, repair, maintenance, installation and checkout of electronic equipment desired, not required.

　　Prior experience with maintaining, troubleshooting C4ISR systems integrated into military vehicles and specifically the JLTV variants.

　　Required Clearance:

　　Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.

　　US Citizenship is required to meet the security requirements for this contract.
