Position: Electronic Payment Specialist

　　As an Electronic Payment Specialist at High Point Federal Credit Union, you will be a key contributor to our financial operations team, focusing on the efficient introduction, management, and optimization of electronic payment solutions. Journeys start here.

　　Your purpose:

　　Oversee and manage electronic payment systems, ensuring seamless and secure transactions for our members including ACH and check processing.

　　Analyze and respond to complex issues. Act as the first point of escalation for teammates in areas of expertise.

　　Maintain knowledge of and acts as a resource on current rules and regulations in areas of specialization from sources such as the Federal Reserve, NACHA, and applicable State and Federal laws.

　　Promptly and professionally address requests, inquiries, and issues to peers and members.

　　Accurately perform daily activities to support the Finance Department.

　　We are looking for:

　　Associate degree in finance, accounting or related field required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

　　Ability to obtain and maintain one or more certifications in areas of specialization (AAP, APRP, or NCP)

　　4+ years of accounting related experience.

　　1+ year in a financial institution preferred.

　　Strong knowledge of accounting concepts and standards.

　　Schedule / Location:

　　38 hrs-40 per week, Monday through Friday.

　　This is a hybrid position with a possibility of being remote 1 day per week, once familiar with job responsibilities and systems.

　　This position is located in Olean, NY.

　　The expected pay range for this position is $20.00-$28/ hour. This salary range only reflects base wages and does not include benefits or other types of compensation. Salary bands are purposefully wide ranging to encompass the different factors considered in determining where a candidate falls in the range, including but not limited to, seniority, performance, experience, education, and any other legitimate, non-discriminatory factor permitted by law.
