　　Responsibilities:

　　Perform assembly of complex electronic, mechanical and electro-mechanical products while working within a team environment as well as independently as requiredRigorous product requirements demand strict attention to detail and an aptitude towards providing quality workmanship.Circuit card AssemblyDevelopment and refinement of manufacturing processesReading of drawings and trouble shootingElectronic, Mechanical and Electro-mechanical assembly.Install components and sub-assemblies in accordance with provided work instructions.Assemble printed circuit boards following specifications and work instructions.Use electronic, hand powered, and pneumatic tools.Keep accurate records for build information, anomalies, defects and test data.Maintain all manufacturing related equipment and facilities. Contributes to the workplace organization initiatives.Provide feedback to manufacturing engineers on ways to improve procedural steps and process implementation.Qualifications:

　　High School Diploma/GEDAbility to Obtain Secret ClearanceAble to read, understand and follow technical drawings, datasheets, and written work instructions.Exhibits computer skillsStrong verbal and technical writing skillsPossesses and maintains a good attendance record and able to work overtime when required (nights and weekends)Strong organizational tendencies and practices.Physical Requirements (Lifting, Walking, Bending, Stooping, Kneeling, etc.Must be able to lift 40 lbs. frequently and at times, for 8-12 12 hours a day.Proficient in cable and wire harness assemblyAble to read, understand and follow technical drawings, datasheets, and written work instructionsExperienced with and able to use hand tools and small power toolsYour Recruiter
