The Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician safely and independently performs preventive, routine, and reactive maintenance tasks. We offer one of the most comprehensive suites of non-conventional and conventional machining services in a sophisticated, knowledgeable, experienced, flexible, environmentally conscious way.Job DescriptionResponsibilities:•Perform predictive, preventative, corrective and routine maintenance on production equipment.•Troubleshoot, repair, assemble and install electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic systems and centrifugal and diaphragm pumps.•Calibrate process control equipment maintain motor starters, variable frequency drives, and servo controls.•Ability to perform circuit board repairs via circuit board soldering, wiring connectors, multi-conductor cables and rework techniques through use of various test equipment.•Perform assembly of power supplies and other electronic equipment.•Install and repair PVC and CPVC plumbing, piping, conduit, and raceway systems.•Perform interior and exterior facilities and building maintenance.•Document work activities using CMMS (computerized maintenance management system).Requirements:•High school diploma or GED with 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (CNC preferred) or Associate Degree or Certificate equivalent from an accredited two-year college or technical school in related field and three years of experience in a manufacturing environment (CNC preferred).•Knowledge of AC/DC circuits in both high and low voltage applications.•Working knowledge of controls, mechanical, electrical, and electronic principles.•Basic computer skills (Windows environment).Eligibility Requirements •Legal Authorization is required, we will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, nor or in the future, for this job opening.
