　　Are you a mechanical master? A troubleshooting guru? We need your magic touch! Join our team as an ElectroMechanical Maintenance Technician and keep our facilities running smoothly. You'll be the hero who fixes breakdowns, tackles repairs, and ensures everything is tip-top shape. We need you to be reliable with excellent attendance and references with PLC knowledge, electrical, mechanical experience, and self-motivated - This position consists of installation, repairing and maintaining all production and plant equipment, utilities, buildings, and related structures of oriented strand board.

　　Responsibilities

　　ON MECHANICAL SIDE-Installs, maintains, and repairs mechanical equipment throughout the plant. Exercises proficiency in:

　　a) Electrode welding and acetylene torch cutting. (NICE SKILL TO HAVE-NOT MUST)

　　b) Troubleshooting mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

　　c) Aligning couplings, chains and sprockets, gears, etc.

　　d) Inspecting and replacing bearings in motors, conveyors, shafts, etc.

　　e)Rebuilding gear boxes, valves, mechanical drives, cylinders, etc.

　　f) Fabricating structures, braces, equipment, etc. from steel, sheet metal or wood.

　　g) Pipefitting: screwed, flanged and glued pipe and fittings for air, water, hydraulic and steam

　　systems.

　　h) Rigging with chainfalls, jacks, forklifts, cranes, scaffolds, etc.

　　 Ensures operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by performing PM (preventative maintenance) to

　　all plant mechanical equipment as specified. ON THE ELECTRICAL SIDE-skilled electrical maintenance tasks including installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical machinery, instruments and controls throughout plant.

　　Installation of electrical equipment, motors, starters, conduit, wire, etc.

　　Repair of electrical tools and equipment

　　The essential functions of this role include:

　　working in a smoke free environment

　　wearing steel toe shoes

　　working in a non-temperature controlled environment

　　manual lifting up to 50lbs

　　standing for 8 hours at one time

　　working up to 3 hrs of overtime per week

　　Skills

　　Electrical (5 years of experience is preferred)

　　Mechanical Maintenance (5 years of experience is preferred)

　　Blueprints

　　PLC troubleshoot (5 years of experience is preferred)

　　PLC repair (3 years of experience is preferred)

　　Electical schematics (5 years of experience is preferred)

　　Equipment installation (5 years of experience is preferred)
