　　WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

　　Assist in facility electrical systems management including PM development, budgeting, system assessments, and life cycle planning.

　　Assist in the temporary shutdown of facility electrical equipment, systems, and electrical components necessary for renovation and new construction projects.

　　Design, construct, install and remove various facility electrical equipment, systems, and electrical components.

　　Diagnose malfunctions in the facilitys electrical equipment, systems, or electrical components and take appropriate corrective and preventative actions.

　　Maintain appropriate documentation for the facilitys electrical equipment, systems, and electrical components.

　　Maintain appropriate inventory of replacement electrical equipment and systems.

　　Maintain the computerized maintenance management system through the appropriate completion of work orders and the recording of equipment history.

　　Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on all facility electrical equipment, systems, and components in accordance with prescribed procedures.

　　Provide quality control for new installations or replacements of facility electrical equipment, systems, and electrical components performed by others.

　　QUALIFICATIONS

　　Associate degree inconstruction, electrical, or electronics field of studyrequired OR High School Diploma with Master Electrician Certification/electrical vocational training required5 years of experience in electrical field required3 years of hospital maintenance, construction, or mechanical system experience preferredMaster Electrician License required within 1 year of hireJourneyman license or electrical certificate requiredTRAVEL IS REQUIRED:
