　　Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Journeyman Electricians for projects located in Gilark, LA . This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $30/hour based on experience and skill level. 　　Job Scope:

　　Read and Interpret Blueprints

　　Install Complex Conduit Configurations per Blueprint Specification Using Appropriate Tools

　　Use Power Benders and Basic Bends

　　Make Correct Complex EMT Piping Bends with Minimal Waste or Joints

　　Install Conduit Stub Ups for Customer Supplied Equipment

　　Mount Electrical Boxes, Fixtures, and Enclosures

　　Stock and Set Up Electrical Wire Carts

　　Measure, Cut, and Debur Unistrut Frame Pieces, B-Line Tray Pieces, and Wireway/Cable Tray Pieces Using Properly Operated Cutting Tools

　　Properly Install Cold Shrink Kits from 5kv to 35kv for Power Cables

　　Pull Wire Through Conduit and Make Ground Connections

　　Pull Wire for Complex Low Voltage Alarm and Signal Circuits Per Prints

　　Read Blueprints to Determine Placement of Wire

　　Install Wire for Complex Configurations

　　Install and Cover Receptacles and Switches

　　Wire up and Terminate Panel Boards, Transformers, Service Disconnect, and Equipment Controllers per Print Including Mechanical Torque or Crimping Requirements

　　Properly Perform Wiring Insulation Resistance Continuity and Point-to-Point Termination Checks

　　Properly Crimp and Secure Small Terminal Connectors, Phone Jack Connectors, and Complex Signal and Alarm Wiring in Terminal Strips per Print in Compliance with Torque and Crimping Requirements

　　Perform Operational Checks to Ensure Quality and Employee Proficiency

　　Keep Inventory of Parts in the Area

　　Be Proficient in the National Electrical Code

　　Ensure Calibrated Tools for Various Operations are Within Date and Operating Correctly

　　Perform Other Tasks as Assigned

　　Requirements:

　　Previous Electrical Experience

　　Basic Math Skills

　　Must be able to Read a Tape Measure

　　Must be able to Read Blueprints

　　Must be able to Follow Verbal and Written Directions

　　Must Demonstrate Ability to Perform Multiple or Semi-Complex Tasks with Limited Exercise of Judgement

　　Must Demonstrate Mechanical Aptitude

　　Must be able to Lead and Train Multiple Crews

　　Must be Trained in Lockout/Tagout Policies

　　Must be Trained in Safety in all Essential Functions

　　Must be Trained in Arc Flash and Arc Flash labeling Requirements
