Electrical Engineering Technician - Maple Grove, MN AE2S is an award winning civil/environmental engineering firm seeking a highly motivated Electrical Engineer in Training for its Maple Grove office. The successful candidate will work under the direct supervision of project management and design engineers developing skills in report preparation, electrical system studies, design tasks including calculations, preparation of plans and specifications, bidding assistance and construction administration, with an emphasis on personal/career development. __ Responsibilities * Use established CADD standards to prepare electronic drawings from marked-up plans and/or verbal instruction by engineers/designers * Perform design drafting of electrical infrastructure, equipment, and lighting Draft, update, and plot schedules, and electrical details * Organize and schedule work to accomplish goals on projects within established budgets and timelines Coordinate with engineers and other design team members * Complete drawing reviews as needed * Organize and maintain project files
