　　Test Engineer ( Electrical Engineering - not IT QA ) :

　　Will serve as the subject expert on engineering requirements for the testing department

　　Will gain an in-depth knowledge of engineering and railway car design to ensure that the employees are adequately trained on their duties and responsibilities within the testing department and that all testing equipment is calibrated and adequate for the job

　　Troubleshooting any errors and streamlining the testing procedures

　　Capture manufacturability issues with the design, submit design change proposals, and implement the change into the product

　　Plan, assign, coordinate, and supervise work of test technicians while documenting and writing comprehensive reports

　　Reporting routinely the progress of the testing according to the plan

　　Qualifications :

　　Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, Electronics Engineering Technology ( BSEE , MSEE, BSEET, MSEET )

　　Must be able to read and understand relevant engineering schematics, blueprints / dimensional drawings, engineering and manufacturing BOMs

　　We are not looking for recent college graduates – must have at least few years of relevant full-time experience after college
