　　JOB SUMMARY:

　　Design and sell custom electronic filters, HEMP Filters, transient protection modules, military/aerospace cable assemblies and build-to-print contract manufacturing by performing the following duties.

　　ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (Other duties may be assigned).

　　Analyze customer specifications to determine feasibility of cost and design.Interface directly with customer (including engineering, quality and purchasing) to clarify and resolve problems and develop design.Prepare, or direct preparation of, required manufacturing documentation.Direct and assist manufacturing in building prototypes as well as production units.Plan and develop acceptance, qualification, and environmental stress screening test procedures.Analyze test data and reports to determine if the design meets specifications.Use computer assisted engineering and design software, and test equipment to develop and test products.Prepare quotes and negotiate prices and contracts with the customer. Interface with Captor Sales Representatives. Enter sales orders and maintain them through time of shipment.Some travel required.QUALIFICATIONS:

　　Bachelor's degree in engineering or engineering technology.Excellent communication skills.Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.Proficient in Microsoft office.Familiar with ERP systems.Analytical problem-solving skills.Ability to aggressively multitask and react quickly to change.Product testing knowledge.Technical writing skills.Captor Corporation Facts:
