　　An Electrical and Electronics Engineer Specialist is needed for a multinational manufacturing company that produces and distributes trucks, buses and construction equipment, as well as marine and industrial drive systems in the Hagerstown, MD area. The role involves developing electronics components, managing suppliers, leading projects, and providing hardware engineering expertise, alongside tasks like designing wiring solutions and supporting testing.

　　responsibilities:

　　Develop and document electronics and/or electrical components.

　　Document EE component development, including associated activities such as simulations.

　　Impose requirements on components for suppliers.

　　Interact with suppliers and manage work distribution.

　　Have operational responsibility in the supplier relationship.

　　Recommend suppliers and evaluate new components.

　　Select internal components and manage complex components or large sets of less complex components.

　　Skills:

　　Design and support Wiring solutions (3D & 2D) and Schematics layouts for project and lab needs.

　　Support component and software testing in test cells and hardware in loop rigs.

　　Provide concept development for industrialization of parts and components and packaging studies.

　　Provide assembly layout and schematic drawings.

　　Assist in release process activities.

　　Experience: Typically requires 8 years or more relevant experience.
