This person will work cross-functionally withother departments across multiple offices. This is ideal for someonesystems-savvy who\'s a quick-learner and a real go-getter.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Develop learning content for Technology Learning and DevelopmentDepartment{=html}<>- Promote live training programs

　　{=html}<>- Assist on special technology projects

　　{=html}<>- Provide live training in accordance with the needs of the firm

　　{=html}<>- Test and evaluate existing external LMS offerings

　　{=html}<>- Other related duties as assigned

　　About You:

　　Bachelor\'s degree required{=html}<>- 2+ years of experience in Instructional Design

　　{=html}<>- Excellent organizational, analytical, and planning skills

　　{=html}<>- Proficiency with instructional design software

　　{=html}<>- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
