　　Primary Responsibilities

　　Partner with Subject Matter Experts to design, develop, and implement technical trainings solutions.

　　Design and create learner-centered multimedia and technology-enhanced course materials and resources, including online modules, manuals, and job aids.

　　Write clear, concise, and user -friendly instructional text, audio scripts, and video scripts.

　　Conduct training needs analyses with internal departments to gather training requirements.

　　Develop and implement evaluation strategies to determine effectiveness of training.

　　Develop and use standards for course learning objectives, instructional design, and assessments.

　　Conduct usability and user experience testing

　　Perform and support LMS activities for delivery of learning materials.

　　Qualifications

　　3+ years' experience,

　　In structional Design & Training Experience

　　Articulate 360 Teams/Storyline Experience

　　Video Editing Experience a plus

　　S c orm Packages experience

　　GxP Experience a plus

　　Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, good communicator

　　Great Interpersonal Skills

　　Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail and accuracy

　　Education & Certifications

　　Bachelor's Degree
