　　How will you make a difference?

　　As an EHS Manager & RSPP , reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible to define, with the Management, the strategic orientations of the company in the fields of HSE and to define, apply and control the health, safety and environmental protection programs.

　　What do we want to know about you?

　　+5 years (ideally +8) of HSE experience in a similar manufacturing/industrial environment

　　Experience in HSE auditing

　　In possession of the specific training modules for the RSPP role, required by D.Lgs. 81/08

　　Good knowledge of English

　　Good knowledge of MS Office

　　Great communication and interpersonal skills with all levels of stakeholders

　　What will your typical day look like?

　　RSPP Role as per D.Lgs. 81/08

　　Develop, implement and improve Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) programs and processes including emergency preparedness and fire protection, safety risk assessment and safe working procedures for all activities (Wabtec & Off-Site locations), hazardous waste management, training, ergonomics, contractor safety, and crisis management.

　　Manages and directs site in achieving Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) targets & objectives according to Wabtec guidance.

　　Coordinate and conduct EHS training for employee, contractors and visitors as needed.

　　Identifies and evaluates hazardous conditions and practices and develop hazard control practices and programs.

　　Investigates all accidents, incidents, near misses and environmental incidents to ensure root cause analysis, containment and corrective actions are completed.

　　Act as the site EHS representative to third parties including neighboring companies, local councils and regulatory agencies including HSE and the Environmental Agency.
