　　Job Description

　　We are currently seeking to appoint an EHS Coordinator at our Taura site in Mount Maunganui reporting to the Operations Manager.

　　You will be responsible to coordinate and manage all Health & Safety related activities according to IFF’s Health & Safety Policy and work safe requirements. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated and adaptable team player who is looking to progress their career and add real value to our Mount Maunganui facility.

　　Key responsibilities

　　Ensures all activities at Taura are carried out in a manner in accordance with the requirements of the relevant environmental, health and safety legislation

　　Conducting risk assessments on hazards to determine the degree of risk and how best to manage them

　　Reporting, investigating and implementing corrective action on all accidents and/or near misses by self or others

　　Coordinate regular Health & Safety meetings which are documented and distributed and displayed

　　Manage the company Incident Management System to ensure all incidents, near misses and hazards are managed appropriately

　　Provide reports to management to meet with the WSMP requirements

　　Job Requirements

　　Tertiary qualification in EHS or related field

　　Previous experience in the manufacturing industry

　　Experience in dealing with external regulatory bodies

　　Ability to work collaboratively

　　Effective time/project management
