We have an opportunity for anEnvironmental Health and Safety to join our Manitowoc, WI team. You willidentify, eliminate, and control conditions that may lead to personalinjury, property damage and/or loss of property, using safety bestpractices. You will: Partner with site managers to deliver clearmeasurable outcomes and EHS improvements by analyzing statisticaldata/trends and compliance audit results, driving action for improvementopportunities. Be the primary EHS point of contact and provide technicalexpertise in the areas of occupational safety and health, environmentalcompliance, and sustainability. Maintain site safety KPI\'s andreporting as directed by Pentair global safety leaders. Drive thoroughinvestigations for all incidents and accidents and lead the team indeveloping root case analysis and countermeasures. Promote safetythroughout the organization by conducting regular and consistenttraining. Perform safety audits, developing preventative measures andpractices, documenting findings, and implementing correction actions.Manage daily activities related to injury management and workman\'scompensation issues. Maintain site safety program, training, and auditpreparation. Key Qualifications: BA/BS in Safety or related field 2+years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combinationof education and experience in Safety and OSHA regulations Excellentverbal and written communication skills Experience with Microsoft andG-suite software.
