Overview

　　Located in the Phoenix Ariz. suburb of Gilbert the Mercy Gilbert Medical Center is a 198-bed not-for profit hospital with more than 1300 employees and almost 900 doctors on staff representing all major specialties. In 2014 Phoenix Children’s Hospital launched a 22-bed pediatric unit inside the hospital. Mercy Gilbert opened in 2006 and has been a vital part of the growing community. Today it is the fifth largest employer in Gilbert. During the fiscal year ending June 30 2016 Mercy Gilbert provided more than $24 million in community benefit. 　　Responsibilities

　　Must be able to perform basic neurology procedures; EEG

　　Critical thinking skills are evident in providing patient care as demonstrated through direct observation and feedback. Assesses critical care patients and monitors status. Documentation is completed appropriately.

　　Assists with Cardiology procedures (EKG, Stress Testing, Muse Editing, etc.) as required.

　　Performs other duties as assigned.

　　Qualifications

　　Minimum:

　　HS Diploma/GED or equivalent combination of education and experience required

　　American Heart Association-issued BLS card

　　ABRET

　　Preferred:

　　Minimum of 3 years experience performing EEG's

　　3 years experience performing pediatric EEGs

　　3 years experience performing ambulatory EEGs

　　Skilled in EKGs and Stress Tests

　　Pay Range

　　$33.60 - $48.73 /hour
