Use innovative technology such as virtual reality andother platforms as tools to facilitate and engage students. Teach smallgroups in schools and community settings, helping an array ofneurodiverse students ages 14-22 gain pre-employment transitional skillsto better prepare them for the job world or post-secondary education.Main responsibilities of this position entail teaching and engagingstudents with self-advocacy, job exploration, workplace readinessskills, work-based learning experiences (internships) and post-secondaryeducation. You will work with school personnel, higher educationprograms and community employers building strong partnerships to supportthese students with their pursuits. Qualifications: - Bachelor\'s degree preferred. - Knowledgeof and respect for diverse populations. Requirements: - Ability totravel as far north as Adams, and as far south as Great Barrington tomeet program needs. (Mileage reimbursement eligible.) - Ability to usecomputers to include Microsoft Word, data entry, email, and internetessential. - Must have a valid driver\'s license, good driving record,use of vehicle and willingness to transport participants in personalvehicle. - Must be able to travel within the region to accessresidential settings, employers, offices and community organizations.\"Viability values our employees and the talents that they bring withthem every day.
