  Your Role and Responsibilities

  IBM Co-Marketing is a marketing investment benefit for IBM Partner Plus partners designed to supercharge their demand generation. The Ecosystem Co-Marketing Program Manager's primary responsibility is to design, create and deploy Co-Marketing programs and to track, measure and report the impact of the programs against yearly revenue targets.

  Additional responsibilities include:

  Interact with local and global IBM marketing, sales, legal and brand stakeholders to ensure the program design and outcomes are aligned to IBM's strategic objectives

  Consult in Co-Marketing process simplification

  Ensure detailed data analysis is available and accurate in self-serve reporting systems for stakeholders

  Enable internal and external teams on Co-Marketing programs and updates

  Continuously iterate and improve processes and program design for partner satisfaction.

  This is a Hybrid role, attendance to the office will be required only 3 times peer week.

  Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  Ability to own a project, or multiple projects simultaneously and independently, from conception to execution and ability to meet deadlines

  Comfortable working in a cross-functional global organization with teammates residing in other time zones

  Strong analytical, communication, collaboration and problem solving skills

  Fluent in English

  Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, and Slack.

  IBM Co-Marketing and IBM Partner Plus program knowledge, IBM Ecosystem experience and familiarity with the IBM Build and Sell motions a plus
