E-COMMERCE REPRESENTATIVE – OFF ROAD PLACE   INTRO Off Road Place is seeking a qualified candidate with a background or strong in ecommerce and aftermarket accessories. In this role, you will be the primary contact for customer inquiries/sales about our products and brand.         JOB DESCRIPTION * Process all e-comm orders as they come in and take payments * Database Maintenance * Research and analyze data to ID captive audiences * Provide knowledgeable answers to customers phone and email inquiries * Deal with backorders * Be primary contact for customer inquiries about our product and brand * Assist customers with after-sale service issues * Various task assigned by manager       REQUIREMENTS * Minimum 2 years of customer service experience * Ecommerce background is a plus * Must be sales oriented * Quick learner with the ability to absorb extensive information on our brand's history, product offerings and communications/advertising program * Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, great phone etiquette and elevated speech * Proactive personality and self-motivator * Demonstrates initiative with the ability to multi-task and detail oriented in a fast paced environment * Proven to be organized * Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn new applications quickly
