　　One of our top North County Clients is looking for a Ecommerce Operations Manager to join their team.

　　About the Role:

　　We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Ecommerce Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. You will play a pivotal role in optimizing our existing Salesforce and SAP implementations, leading complex projects, and driving continuous improvement across our ecommerce operations. This is a Hybrid Opportunity with 2 days onsite per week.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Ecommerce Optimization:

　　Analyze existing Salesforce and SAP implementations and recommend improvements to enhance efficiencies and drive growth.

　　Design and implement new internal business processes aligned with Salesforce and SAP roadmaps.

　　Track and manage all site projects, collaborating with engineers, developers, and the SAP team.

　　Monitor the competitive landscape and propose innovative strategies to stay ahead.

　　Project Management:

　　Lead and deliver complex ecommerce projects on time and within budget.

　　Manage project resources, track progress, and mitigate risks.

　　Create and resolve site technology issues faced by customers.

　　Data & Analytics:

　　Provide comprehensive weekly website analytics and customer service reporting.

　　Develop and track key ecommerce KPIs (revenue, downtime, etc.).

　　Continuously analyze business requirements and translate them into intelligent, stable, and scalable technical solutions.

　　Leadership & Collaboration:

　　Manage and oversee remote teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

　　Lead and assist in pursuits and Practice Development initiatives.

　　Interface with global Ecommerce & SAP teams, sharing knowledge and best practices.

　　Technical Expertise:

　　Maintain pricing integrity and accuracy in accordance with sales promotions and pricing strategy.

　　Coordinate with vendors, system engineers, and the application team.

　　Develop your knowledge of and gain project experience in Salesforce's newest and future solutions.

　　Requirements

　　Qualifications:

　　5+ years of experience in ecommerce operations, with a focus on Salesforce Commerce Cloud and SAP.

　　Proven track record of successfully optimizing and implementing Salesforce and SAP solutions.

　　Strong project management skills, with the ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.

　　Excellent analytical and reporting skills, with experience in creating compelling data visualizations.

　　Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.

　　Experience managing and developing remote teams.

　　In-depth understanding of ecommerce best practices and trends.

　　A high level of technical proficiency, with the ability to understand and troubleshoot technical issues.
