  The Headlines :

  In the role of eCommerce Customer Marketing Manager, B2B working in Chicago, you will be part of the B2B eCommerce team reporting to the Senior Manager, B2B eCommerce. TheeCommerce Customer Marketing Manager, B2Bwill lead the marketing planning process of key B2B eCommerce customers in North America as well as lead projects that accelerate Molson Coors eCommerce business strategies and priorities in one to two regions. You will be a key contributor to developing the eCommerce practice at Molson Coors and influencing how the field organization evolves go-to-market capabilities.

  This position reports to the Brand Solutions Manager, B2B and works closely with sales, field marketing, sales operations, brand marketing, sales technology and other cross functional teams.

  The Responsibilities :

  Develop marketing programs rooted in data and an understanding of organizational priorities and market dynamics that are locally relevant and effective.

  Regionally build and socialize best practices in B2B marketing, data and technology end to end, from messaging to insights to optimization, collaborating with field marketing to understand needs and sales priorities

  Understand the needs and priorities of distributors, technology vendors and the internal sales and marketing organization to utilize B2B eCom platform performance analytics to optimize activities

  Monitor, engage and build eCommerce capabilities and partnerships with custom B2B eCommerce platforms within national and regional distributors to advance organizational strategies

  Understand national brand strategies and programs to tailor to your distributor needs based on business priorities

  Be a collaborator and a conduit to identify needs within your region, communicate those opportunities to the greater organization and then bring solutions back to the field.

  Manage agency scope & budgets including building annual scope plan requirements

  The Other Qualifications:

  You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or other relevant field;

  You have at least 5+ years' experience in eCommerce and / or marketing

  You understand eCommerce data and can optimize accordingly. You can communicate insights to all levels of stakeholders.

  You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities. You act with appropriate urgency to various market events and trends that require a quick turnaround in plans and strategy. You thrive in ambiguity and can demonstrate success without all the answers or data.

  You have a strong bias for action. You identify a problem, understand prioritization and mobilize to solve it.

  You respect your commitments and are able to obtain optimal results from your team through respect and development

  You are a skilled negotiator focused on the client; your constant curiosity fosters your innovative style and you can equally execute ideas given to you
