　　In the role of eComm Fulfillment Center Representative you will be part of our Guest Relations Team in Milwaukee, WI. You will work in a fast-paced environment accurately fulfilling online merchandise orders. You will use strong organization skills to elevate merchandise sales, support strategic brand initiatives, and you will collaborate daily with eCommerce team to grow the business.

　　The Responsibilities: _ _

　　Pick, pack and ship out e-commerce orders accurately, following established best practices.

　　Lead daily returns, reshipments, and special requests. Support "Ask Us" customer service communication.

　　Assist with the intake of merchandise including quality control, tagging and counting merchandise; Organize and restock inventory in warehouse

　　*The Other Qualifications: *

　　You have a high school diploma or GED

　　You have 1-3 years of experience working in eCommerce fulfillment, warehouse operations or retail

　　You can lift up to 50lbs and stand/sit for extended periods of time.

　　You have a customer service mindset.

　　You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome

　　You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities.

　　You take accountability for results – acting with integrity and honoring commitments.
